Perfect Pretzel Cheese
This simple cheese sauce is perfect for dipping pretzels, or even with pasta.

Ingredients

Flour

Butter

milk

American Cheese Singles

pinch
Salt
Instructions
Melt your butter
Add flour and combine over medium heat until bubblily
Add your milk and whisk over medium head until thickened
Turn your heat down to low and add your cheese slices
Whisk until cheese it melted and combined
Add a pinch of salt and anything else you want to throw into the mix
