My Weight Loss Journey
What is life coaching?
A life coach is someone who can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in order to become the best version of yourself. I personally believe constant self-improvement is the key to happiness, to never stop growing and becoming better each day. We’ll focus on what you want to accomplish right now, and create a plan for you to get there with wins along the way. When motivation is elusive, and you just can’t seem to get in the right headspace to create positive change in your life, it’s time to hire a life coach. Trust me, I’ve been there myself. It made all the difference in my personal health journey.
What you get each week:
- 1 hour phone call
- Personalized email with goals for you to hit, a game plan and progress report
- Unlimited email correspondence and optional facebook group access to talk with likeminded individuals on their own personal growth journey
- Diet and exercise tips that worked for me
- Recommended reading
- A new personal growth exercise each week
Personalized for you:
In your one hour phone call we can discuss anything you’d like help with. Life, diet, exercise. Really struggling with something, and need someone to offer healthy, unbiased advice? Let’s talk. Feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing is working? Been there. Feel like you’re at your wits end, you’ll never be healthy, and nothing is ever going to change? Familiar with that feeling myself. You’re wrong, we should talk. I’m an incredibly empathetic person who requires a bit of tough love and harsh truths to finally take action. Most people won’t tell you what you need to hear, because they don’t think it can be done from a place of love, but it can. If you truly love and care for someone, you say what needs to be said in order for them to live their best life. That’s what I’m here for, I’ll be that friend for you, and guess what? You can then be that friend for someone else. Have questions? Shoot me an email here. Ready to make a big change in your life, but not sure about life coaching? I cannot recommend doing 75 Hard enough, here’s my personal journey.
