Super Simple Fruit Pizza
My Mom made Fruit Pizza all the time when we were little. It was a summertime staple and possibly even contributed to my early love of all things color and patterns. This super simple Fruit Pizza was a hit at cookouts, potlucks, and whatever other functions Mom frequently brought a dish.
She’s made it all sorts of ways with fresh sugar cookie dough from scratch, mixed the fruits up, kept them separate, just a couple of fruits, ALL the fruits, you name it. There’s a very simple recipe for a cream cheese “sauce” below, but if you want to bulk it up and make it more cake like than pizza, I highly recommend using this simple cream cheese frosting recipe.
This version is the super simple fruit pizza recipe which includes a store-bought crust so you can focus on just having fun putting your masterpiece together.
